DRIWO — BRANDING
Problem
Car washing in Georgia was more hassle than it should be. Self-service meant coins, mess, and doing the work yourself. Full-service meant long lines and wasted time. People either drove dirty or sacrificed hours to get the car cleaned.
Insight
Car washing felt like a bigger task than it actually was. Not because people cared that much about it, but because the experience demanded too much time, effort, and mental energy.
Strategy
Make car washing feel small. A non-event you do on the way to something more important. The brand should be part of the journey, not the destination. “Car wash on the go” became the positioning. From there, everything - name, identity, creative platform, and comms was built around one idea: keep the driver moving and make the service take up as little space in their head as possible.
Result
We built DRIWO around forward motion. The name, MOVE ON line, and logotype all pointed to movement and the road. The visual language came from car windows and the driver’s point of view, reinforcing a key product benefit: you stay in the car during the wash. The tone was easy-going and self-aware, never pretending car washing was more important than it was. The system carried across the site, social, and on-site experience, supported by a content strategy built around drivers, road culture, and UGC rather than heavy product advertising.
